Check out this thread on Offworld containing concept art released by EA for Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure. Pages 2 and 3 have character and enemy concepts.

Now that is some awesomely slick 2D art. It's nice they included some of the ideation process as well. For any indie devs trying to style a game, one of the most important things to do is sketch/paint thumbnails before you make sprites. Surely there'd be additional concepting to what's released in that thread, but it's not worth publicising a bunch of initial scrawlings.

I really dig what they've done with this game, the bright colours and stylised proportions add a lot of character and warmth to the world. I especially like the Puzzle Realm environments, with the more graphical and less literal components. So I've successfully discerned that it looks nice... It'll be interesting to see if/how it lives up to the "Puzzling Adventure" aspect.
